When you go to the above links; you will want to "DOWNLOAD" the county in which the person you're looking for lives in. It will open up a "SAVE", or "OPEN" window. Tell it to "SAVE", and then save it on your hard drive. Once it's done downloading; you will get a "RUN" window. Go ahead and tell it to run.

YOU MUST REMEMBER WHERE YOU SAVED THE FILE TO, BECAUSE YOU NEED TO GO BACK TO THAT FILE AND OPEN IT UP. The file will open up in "NOTEPAD". It may take it a few minutes for the information to come up, because there is SOOOOOO MUCH information in some of the files. However; take your time and read what comes up.

IF you want to move faster thru the VERY LONG listing of names and information; all you need to do is:

EDIT>>FIND>>Type in the LAST NAME of the person your looking for.>>"FIND NEXT" until you either find the person you're looking for, or you end your search and open another county.

This will give you their HOME address and other information.
